When you successfully apply to become a member of the TalentBank
community you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Business
Consultant specialised in your industry.

During this meeting our consultant will help you gain clear insights into
your career potential, orientation & focus.
Your Business Consultant will then guide you through the TalentBank full
process so you can begin with your RDA testing.

7. Step 2: RDA Analysis
As a senior professional, you may be pragmatic, diplomatic and work well
Step 2 within a team. However, you could just as easily be inspiring, independent
and a strong leader.
RDA testing is a tried and tested methodology for mapping these
professional work qualities and behaviours. When you take the RDA test,

At the top of your Personal Branding profile is an Elevator Pitch: one of the
most important parts of your profile. It positions and ‘sells’ your skills to the

Once you have completed your Personal Branding page, we call you to
review your profile. We tackle each section one-by-one and give you
Final Evaluation practical advice on how you can best communicate your value to Employers.

finalise it, and move to the next step.

Once everything is ready, we publish your Personal Branding profile
Step 6 anonymously in our exclusive online database to promote it to active

Publication & Employers can now match your profile with the function profile of their
Promotion to vacancy. If they find a match, they can buy credits to see your full details - Perfect

but ONLY! if you agree. We will call you to let you know when a prospective Career
Employer wants to view your full profile.
Community Match
Now you are published in the TalentBank community we can also use your
Ongoing Personal Branding profile to match against other positions we actively
