Step 1: Application & Intake




Step 1
             When you successfully apply to become a member of the TalentBank
             community you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Business
             Consultant specialised in your industry.

             During this meeting our consultant will help you gain clear insights into
             your career potential, orientation & focus.

             Your Business Consultant will then guide you through the TalentBank full
             process so you can begin with your RDA testing.
 1 hour
Step 2: RDA Analysis




               As a senior professional, you may be pragmatic, diplomatic and work well
 Step 2        within a team. However, you could just as easily be inspiring, independent
               and a strong leader.

               RDA testing is a tried and tested methodology for mapping these
               professional work qualities and behaviours. When you take the RDA test,
RDA Analysis
               you can clearly identify your strengths, weaknesses, as well as your career
               development opportunities.

               Your RDA test is based on the same criterion employers use to search for
   1 uur       potential employees. Which not only helps you in choosing the right
               employer, but also helps you promote yourself to those employers.
Step 3: RDA Feedback




 Step 3
               Once you have taken your test, our experienced RDA Consultants will call
               you and help you interpret your RDA test results.

               This will give you clear insights into your current work behaviours and your
RDA Feedback

               career development opportunities.

               The next step is to start with developing your own Personal Brand that
               includes a map of your RDA results as well as all your other career and
               professional details.

  Step 4          As a professional today, employers expect you to clearly position your skills,
                  behaviours and talents to show the value you offer to their organisation.

                  By completing your own Personal Brand from our easy templates, you can
                  then promote your career details, specific competencies, skills, behaviours

Personal Brand!
                  and ambition to employers in our exclusive network.

                  At the top of your Personal Branding profile is an Elevator Pitch: one of the
                  most important parts of your profile. It positions and ‘sells’ your skills to the
                  TalentBank employers. There is an example of a Personal Branding profile
  2-3 hour        on the next page.

Step 1: Application & Intake Step 1 When you successfully apply to become a member of the TalentBank community you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Business Consultant specialised in your industry. Talentbank Intake During this meeting our consultant will help you gain clear insights into your career potential, orientation & focus. Your Business Consultant will then guide you through the TalentBank full process so you can begin with your RDA testing. 1 hour
