The document proposes a solution called "Car Inspector" to address the problem of undetected traffic violations leading to high rates of accidents. Car Inspector would allow citizens to anonymously submit photos or videos of traffic violations through a mobile app. Submissions would be reviewed by police and microworkers could earn money for valid reports. Due to the increase of the number of cars in the
last few years, the traffic situation has gradually
worsened.
Less then 10% of the traffic violations are
detected and registered.
Unregistered violations result in more then 90% of
the traffic accidents.

Our project, “Car Inspector” offers the best
solution to the above mentioned problem.
“Car Inspector” gives the chance to decrease the
number of accidents by more then 80% and help
register the traffic violations that go unnoticed by
the police.
We offer a safe, strictly confidential microwork
solution, which will benefit police, society and the
microworkers involved

1. The microworker chooses either to take a video or a
picture of the violation act he or she witnessed
2. The picture or the video taken by the microworker is
uploaded to the web server and sent to the central
police station
3. The microworker has the option to login either after
pressing the ‘submit’ button, or when opening the
application
