• windshield wiper is a device used to remove
rain and debris from a windscreen or windshield

pantograph arms.
• To note, Mercedes-Benz pioneered a system called the
"Monoblade" where in a single wiper extends outward to
get closer to the top corners, and pulls in at the ends and
middle of the stroke, sweeping out a somewhat 'W'-
shaped path.

Design
In fact, it is very difficult to get a 4 bar
mechanism to rotate an output link by
160 deg. It will quickly jam with a little
wear.
