facility. The purchase order $130,000 for WCEC services to provide ‘Staff Augmentation for
Writing and Executing Tests for GALNS Process Equipment.’ This order reflects on-going work at
the site and demonstrates WCEC’s ability to provide quality work that brings XXXX continuously
back to us for additional work.

This BELLRINGER is a little late in getting out but neverless it is still a good one. Doug McDowell
confirmed that we as Team Emerson have been awarded a $127,178 Purchase Order from XXXX
in XXXX, California for West Coast Engineering Center (WCEC-Fairfield) services for continuing
work per the MSA for the following:
Balance of Plant Hardware
Panels Containing Additional Profibus Benchtop PAT
Staff Augmentation for Calibration Services
Also XXX related to us that they have been very pleased with the work being performed out of
Fairfield. Way to go WCEC and Doug, nice order.

XXXX has awarded Team Emerson (Caltrol and WCEC) a very nice $191,556 BELLRINGER
order for service work at their XXXX, CA Life Sciences Facility. The Purchase Order has four
different Scope of Work (SOW) service requirements including Staff Augmentation, Project
Documentation, Time and Materials work, and SCADA Services. The total amount of resource
time required at the site is estimated at six (6) months. A XXXX and Emerson Process
Management LLLP Master Service Agreement is in place that eliminates any delays due to
negotiating Terms and Conditions. Another nice outcome of this win is we won it at a premium
dollar rate per hour over our competitors. This demonstrates XXXX’s confidence in the team
WCEC presented to perform the services.
The sales lead for this pursuit is Doug McDowell of Caltrol and he received excellent engineering
support out of Adam Beatty of WCEC along with the WCEC proposal staff.

We have another BELLRINGER to announce. Team Emerson received word today that we have
been selected by XXXX located in XXXX, CA for execution of their XXXX Bioreactor Project. The
total dollar amount to be finalized will be in the $450,000 to $525,000 range based upon several
options. This has been a very tough pursuit going up against many competitors for this
2. business. As you are aware there is a hungry bunch of competitors out there all going after our
rightful share of the business – 100%! Though the pursuit has been long this was a very fast
project to quote and respond to with several revisions and options thus the dollar range listed
above. The project includes Emerson’s West Coast Engineering Center services including
configuration and startup and buyout products.
Congratulations to all that were involved including Doug McDowell of Caltrol and Scott
Lindemood, Leroy Moore, Nick Holman, Adam Beatty, and Guerrieri of WCEC plus others. They
really jumped through hoops to get this win. This win demonstrates though WCEC operates as
Emerson Process Management LLLP we are able to see their Core Services in applications that
do not have an Emerson installed system.

It is a pleasure to announce a $54,300 BELLRINGER for West Coast Engineering Center
(WCEC) Services. The purchase orders are from XXXX located in XXXX, California. XXXX is a
manufacturer and developer of microfluidics and microelectronics technologies for DNA analysis.
A very important part of their process is the accuracy and certification of their equipment meeting
the appropriate standards. WCEC will perform Calibration and any necessary repair services on
the field devices. This is a significant order for us and signifies XXXX trust in WCEC in
performing the work. Once we prove our success on this opportunity we have the potential
upside value in seeing this turn into an annual contract.

calibration team who supported this pursuit. A very nice win! Also this may be the first order for
WCEC from XXXX which gives us a foothold with this account.
