The purpose of writeing this e-mail is to explain the new store which we found it to everybody.
We are going to found a store selling sporting goods (Racket, Bat, Shoes with spikes, etc) to citizens of Aizu
and surrounding areas, so we write this e-mail because we want us to know significance of this business.



B. Write a persuasive statement as to why this business type is
important.
We think the importance of this business is to sell many customers a good sporting goods more cheap,
because we believe selling a good sporting goods more cheap gives many people chance to enjoy various
sports.



C. How do you plan to start this business?
We are planning to start my business is as follows.
First, We have to decide managers such as the president, a managing director, an executive director, and so
on.
Second, we have to gather capital and employees managing a our business.
Third, we have to received sporting goods to sell our company.
Finally, we have to build the shop to sell a sporting goods.


D. Explain how you will coordinate between your group members.
Explain the role for each group member in this business.
There are various posts. Firstly there is the president. There is a subordinate next. Subordinates know sports
well. It is answered a question. We want to make it such an organization.



E. Finally ask for my help in guiding you through any problem that you
might have when launching this business.
We study sporting goods well. It is answered the question about sporting goods. We completely learn how to
use sporting goods. We answer the question about sports.

A. What business will you be in? What will you do?
We sell sporting goods. We sell sporting goods and want to give the popularity of sports. Any kind of sporting
goods are sold. And We want to raise sales
B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty
words or less, explaining their reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want
to draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it in the plan.
Firstly I hold big greetings. We completely learn how to use sporting goods next. And We answer the
question by all means. Finally it is a smile to be the most important. Smiles do not always run out.
C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations — where you want your
business to be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement.
For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in
customer service and has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales
targets and some specific measures of customer satisfaction.
We sell sporting goods and want to give the popularity of sports. And We want a lot of people to play sports. I want to raise sales
next. I want to make it the large store. I want to make it the shop which people in the world know

I think that it is a smile and greetings to think me to be the most important by business. We do it anytime. It is
important anytime. And I do not let you work as a visitor unpleasantly.

We sell sporting goods the person of the wide generation from a child to the elderly, because we play sports
for the purpose of an athletic contest, health care, and enjoy our self.

of them?
Our company industry is retailing. This business circles grows up in various fields; therefore, we want to
change the price structure of this industry by selling a good sporting goods most cheaply.

We think the major factor make our company succeed is to have the spirit of self-advancement at all times.

         We think the major competitive strength for our company is to sell a good sporting goods most
         cheaply of this industry, and we think grow up in the strongest company by practicing this ideas
         thoroughly.

     •   We think that experience and skill all this time bring adventure in the future, So We think that I should
