C-Pix Studios is hosting its first annual Sweet Heart Princess & Prince Pageant on February 9, 2013, aimed at building self-esteem in children while supporting local charitable causes. Participants can register for the pageant with a fee of $25, or by selling raffle tickets, with various awards and a Disney-themed costume contest included. The event will have a full color program book featuring contestants and advertisements, and all proceeds will contribute to community support.

Greetings,
We are asking for community support and participation for our 1st Annual Sweet Heart Princess & Prince
Pageant, building self esteem and confidence in tomorrows leaders.
We at C-Pix are mothers, fathers and strong individuals with dreams of helping our youth become what-
ever god has bestowed on their hearts to become. Ten percent of proceeds will also go toward one charita-
ble cause in Charlotte and/or surrounding cities. We believe in giving back to the community to help
someone else along the way.
C-Pix Sweet Heart Pageant/Charity Gala is like no other with god’s help and yours we will have a
successful event. The pageant will take place on Saturday February 9, 2013 location TBA.
C-Pix Studios First Annual Sweet Heart Pageant will create a full color program book with all contestants

3. 1st Annual Sweet Hearts Princess & Prince Pageant

Entry fee $25 or sell $30 in raffle tickets or obtain a sponsor (Check should be made out to C-Pix Studios, LLC)
Late fee $10. Any person signing out tickets is responsible for returning tickets sold or unsold with the money.
Any lost tickets are your responsibility, and must be accounted for with payment. Judges decisions may not be that
of the directors but they are final. Your scores will be available by mail only, include self address envelope and
$2.00 extra with your entry fee for the cost of mailing.
Registration deadline January 20, 2013, please let us know if your child will be in the pageant, so that we may
order enough gifts for each contestant 2 weeks prior to the pageant. Practice will be held between 6:30-8pm
location TBA on Tuesday February 5, 2013 for anyone who would like to attend, but is not required.
All fees, applications, extra tickets and photo must be turned in by Tuesday February 5, 2013.

6:30-7pm: Little Princess & Prince
7:30-8pm: Young & Miss Princess & Prince

Fashion, Photogenic, Costume, & Talent Awards, a Princess/Prince crown and all extras (prettiest eyes, hair, smile
and best personality are not included in the fees. Additional $10.00 each for all other entries. No “Glamour Shot”
Photos, they will be judged from our mini photo shoot and will be taken on Saturday December 8, 2012 (location
TBA) age appropriate hair & makeup please if by any chance unable to attend shoot you can submit your own
photo this mini shoot is included in entry fee.. Princess & Princes receive beautiful crown, trophy and satin
banner. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Alternates will receive a trophies, satin banner. Photogenic, Fashion, and Costume will
receive a special award.
All Contestants will receive a special gift.
Pageant Dress Code: Out the closet wear, that is nicely presentable (play wear, everyday wear, or sport wear:
consisting in pants, shirts, jackets, and denim wear or Sunday best outfits). Costume contest will be Disney
themed Princess & Prince ( please flyer on the next page.
No Glitz’s pageant attire please, Age appropriate hair and Make-up * No Make-up for 4 and younger!*
*Lunch will be severed at 1:00pm *Pageant will start promptly at 2:00pm
The pageant system, directors, building and its members will not be responsible for lost , stolen or
broken objects or any personal injuries while participating and attending the pageant. All Princess &
Princes must stay until the end of the pageant to take a group picture.
