This document outlines NOWCastSA's policies regarding contracts, loans, checks, and deposits as authorized by the Board of Directors. The Board may authorize officers to enter into contracts and execute documents on behalf of the organization. No loans can be taken on or debts issued without Board approval. Checks and payments must be signed as determined by the Board. Funds will be deposited in banks and institutions selected by the Board. The policies were adopted by the Board on September 27, 2011.

Contracts, Loans, Checks and Deposits Policy
CONTRACTS: The Board of Directors may authorize any officer or officers,
agent or agents, to enter into any contract or execute and deliver any instrument
in the name of and on behalf of the Corporation, and such authorization may be
general or confined to specific instances.
LOANS. No loans shall be contracted on behalf of the Corporation and no
evidences or indebtedness shall be issued in its name unless authorized by or
under the authority of a resolution of the Board of Directors. Such authorization
may be general or confined to specific instances. This Section shall not be
construed as applying to current expenses of the Corporation.
CHECKS, DRAFTS, Etc. All checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of
money, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness issued in the name of the
Corporation, shall be signed by such officer or officers, agent or agents of the
Corporation and in such manner as shall from time to time be determined by or
under the authority of a resolution of the Board of Directors.
DEPOSITS: All funds of the Corporation not otherwise employed shall be
deposited from time to time to the credit of the Corporation in such banks, trust
companies, or other depositaries as may be selected by or under the authority of
the Board of Directors.

2011.
