Government Approval As we sent our proposal to state government to establish a Sports Academy in Uttar Pradesh, we received the proposal to establish the Sports Academy. The District Administration has committed that they will provide the necessary help to us. We have also received a positive response from the leaders and the citizen of Ballia.
Objective Separate training or coaching for the male and female players. Plan to tie-up with U.P Sports Academy, Lucknow. Provide opportunity in U.P Sports Academy, for those students who deserve to be played in State team.
Objective The following objective has been established:- Provide the best services at the state label. Rational fee structure. Fee are less for the students who are financial weak. Scholarship according to the performance of the students.
Organization Description District Sports Academy Ballia, is the first sports Academy in Ballia district, only one sports stadium is in Ballia, which is run by Rotary club, Ballia. This sports Academy has also the facility of hostel, which is the key driver of this sports academy. As we look at the sports history of the India, most of the players, who made their presence in state, national and international label are either from urban area or from the semi-urban area.
Mission District Sports Academy Ballia ,plans to create largest talent pool of sports person in Uttar Pradesh, providing the state-of- art coaching facilities to each one of them and step ahead of competition.
Key to Success The Key to success in achieving our goals are:- Provide the best Coaching facility. Provide the best services. Hostel facility is the main components, which drive our academy towards the success, because it is the first academy which has hostel facility. Because the students who are far from the district center will board at hostel. Provide equal opportunity to all the departments.
Market Analysis After the study of market, we come to know that there is a huge demand of a Sports Academy in this district, and there is also a big opportunity is this business. These are the outcomes of my study:- Due to one sports stadium all the youth, who are crazy about sports and want to make their career in sports, are unable to get admission. Lack of training Lack of infrastructure
Market Analysis No proper co-ordination between the trainer and the trainee Lack of sports equipments Not well trained Coach Less interest of management Not any state tie-up Not interested in promoting players on state or national label.
