    threat to my company such as:
    www.seegee.com, up2speed Computer
    Solutions, UpnRunning Computer Solutions, DBWS
    Computer Solutions, and Synergy Computer Solutions.
    With the previous companies one of them is
    completely online and the rest of them are based solely
    in Denver which are huge weaknesses for them.
   My company will surpass all of the other
    company's by providing a all around good
    quality of service. We provide a hometown
    feel with service all over the country.
   My company will be successful because of the
    great expertise of our staff. The way in my
    business is ran will make it rise up and surpass
    all other companies. We will have a family
    orientated company, we will be teaching
    people along the way which is something
    most other companies do not do.
   My headquarters for my company will be
    stationed in the highlands which is a very
    stable region of Denver to start a business.
    They are so stable that the current recession
    has not affected them at all.
   The inside of my business will mostly we work
    space, but the receptionists area will have the
    country home feel to it to make
    customers feel more comfortable.
 My company will need 2 servers which will be
  $10,000 each. We will need 10 desktop computers
  and 10 laptop computers which will cost us $80,000.
  Company cars at $25,000 for each staff member.
  Furniture at $60,000.
 My profits in three years would roughly be 1 million
  dollars.
 In 5 years my company will be growing through out
  the country, in 10 we will be nation wide.
   The companies I will need a relationships
    with are
    IBM, Apple, HP, Microsoft, Xerox, Lexmark, C
    annon, and Sharp.
   I will need to have a relationships with the
    local T.V. producers, national T.V.
    producers, billboards, and radios.
   Strengths: Fresh ideas, strong
    beginning, Different Service.
   Weaknesses: New, Small staff at first, starting
    out from the bottom.

    with both Apple and PC products. We will
    teach our customers along the way so they

    large corporations, and individual computer
    owners. Niche market would be small
    business owners who don’t have an IT
    department set up already.
   My competition in todays market is anybody
    who has the ability to fix a computer. Mostly
    all of the other companies out there who
    think they can do the same thing as me. The
    market is very technologically advanced
    which makes people need our business. The
    new technology that comes out almost daily
    is proof of this and how it can directly affect
    my company.
   When people think of my company they will
    think of a honest, home town business with
    large company abilities. ABC IT is my logo.
    My brand will get around I will advertise it
    everywhere.
 We expect 75% online and 25% allocations
