BUS 681: Compensation and Benefits
In a market strategy, competitiveness is an essential factor to maintain the balance
and standards in the market trends. The market competitive pay system geared
towards a very important goal and it serve the employee compensation leading to
the attraction of qualified employees and definitely their loyalty in staying in the
company due to the satisfied pay system including benefits and other privileges. A
company should make to it to retain the competent employees for if they will
transfer to another company it will be a loss of the company’s potential workers.
The pay system will determine the factors in employing the retention of employees
and that pay and wages should also compels the market trends.
According to Harpaz, such strategic compensation is useless but instead an
incorporation of various forms of different compensation styles. The blending of
various forms of compensation system had been enormously became widespread,
this thing is due to the reason which companies find ways and means to build and
link the gap in among the companies in relation to their employees wage and
perks.
The disbursement and compensatory can be functional in the form of
compensation system. These include the salary wage, payment for excellent
performance and even the retirement benefits sum up to the skills in remuneration
process variable.
Another strategy is the approaches indicated to broaden different kinds of benefits
as such are the employee’s allowances, their perks and privileges, yearly bonuses,
boot money and other strategies. Most employees don’t want to get sickly due to
their work pressures so another strategy is the giving of workout schedules to
attain a healthier physical health. Mostly wanted to become a member and try it
out.
This kind of strategy is essential primarily because it aids the company who cannot
afford to compete in the payment scheme trends of employees instead giving them
another benefits will be helpful to balance the equilibrium.
