Agent Branding - Any time someone starts their search from your profile page, you will
be branded as their agent. Each time they return to the site for 2 weeks, even if they
don’t register the first time, you are still branded to them. If they register during those 2
weeks, they will immediately be assigned to you. If they register after those 2 weeks,

For our website WE, the agents in the field, made the suggestions and tweaks to truly make our Site a real, real estate website.

Agent Branding - Any time someone starts their search from your profile page you will be branded as their agent. Every time they return to the site for 2 weeks, even If they don’t register the first time they come to the site, you are still branded. Agent Profile Page: The agent-benefits begin with the Agent Profile page – the agents’ free personal website – within a website. Each agent gets their own custom web address (locationshawaii.com/first.last) and agents can drive traffic to their personal Site for free. By design, when a prospect “Googles” a Locations agent, the agent’s personal-website Profile Page pops to the top of the search-results page. This easily draws new potential clients to you. The company’s investment for each agent makes it easier for prospects to find you online. When the prospect clicks from Google, they land right on your Profile Page. And it’s just one click for a prospect to register right on your Profile Page. That one click auto-assigns the prospect to you. Plus, a CRM account is automatically created. And you receive a notification email when it happens.
When the prospect opens your Profile Page, even if they don’t register, an instant connection is made between you and the prospect. Whenever the prospect returns to the Site within a 2-week period, the Site will be branded to you. And if the prospect registers during those two weeks, they will immediately be assigned to you. Segmentation—Agents can segment each prospect through CRM, or a prospect can segment themselves directly on the Site.
Once an account is segmented, all of the articles, blogs and reports shown on the Site will be customized to the prospect. This is what makes ours a “smart” Site. The Site customizes itself for each prospect based on their selected “segment”.

The Site’s easier, more user friendly search keeps prospects coming back, and keeps you at the center of their real estate search. Multi-Region Selections make it easier and faster for you and your prospects to set up NE/CE’s. More search filters help prospects refine their search even further to discover the homes that most closely match what they are looking for. Click on “NEIGHBORHOODS”
Click on “NEIGHBORHOODS” – the Region Selection Image appears.
Mouse over the Oahu Map image and the Region Boundaries and Region Name will appear.
Select a Region to begin a Search.
a.) When a Region is selected, the orange “Neighborhood” panel to the right is populated with the number of neighborhoods in that Region.
b.) Click on the Neighborhood panel, and each neighborhood is listed. All of the neighborhoods will be ‘checked’ upon opening. Click on the box to the left of the Region name and the neighborhoods will be ‘unchecked’.
c.) Check the boxes next to the neighborhoods you wish to search. Then click on “Add Selected” at the bottom.
Step 4: Review the Visual part of the Search Tool – Data on left, Map location on right
a.) On the Search Page, refine the search as needed. After entering the parameters of the search, click the orange “Update” box.
b.) Properties fitting the selections will appear on the left, and the property locations will appear on the map to the right.
Step 5: Power Search – refine the search even more with Additional Filters + Multiple Saved Searches
a.) Agents can send NE/CEs with information from different Regions in the same NE/CE
b) This is useful for agents working with Buyers who don’t know the island well or where they may like to live.
Our Site has the most Search Features in Hawaii. The more ‘filters’ – the more refined the search.
In addition to Condo-only Search Filters, prospects can search by school. New Search Filters even allow a search by when a property came onto the market.
