There is confusion around the use of numbers in Revelation. Some numbers came to symbolize concepts - for example, 7 represents perfection. While numerology should not be overemphasized, some numbers like 40 and 7 appear frequently in the Bible and may have significance in Revelation.
Types of worship
Many think that any worship is OK with God. This is not true. There are types of worship which God does not accept.
Lion of judah
Revelation 4 and 5 is the opening scene of the entire book. We learn that the Lion of Judah is the Lamb of God.
Get back
The document outlines four steps for a church in Ephesus to get back on track spiritually after leaving their "first love": 1) Remember what it was like when they first became Christians, 2) Repent for drifting away from their faith, 3) Restore their spiritual works and fellowship to how it was originally, or 4) face being removed from their place if they do not repent. Why pray for sick

Prayer offered in faith will heal the sick and forgive any sins they have committed. Fervent, righteous prayer is powerful and effective. This passage does not indicate miraculous healing, as there is no evidence healing would be instant or complete. Rather than miracles, the focus is on the power of prayer and God's willingness to listen, understand our needs, and respond according to his will.
