The following outline is intended to provide you with the guidelines for your internship. Although the focus of each student is primarily oriented to accomplishing the tasks and responsibilities assigned by each host organization, the following guidelines represent the writing and reporting requirements, which need to be submitted in the final week of the semester in order to receive a final grade for the experience.
The specific due date will be provided in Blackboard. Students are required to create a portfolio (word documents and/or excel spreadsheet). This submission will satisfy the “culminating experience” requirement by Liberty University in order to successfully complete graduate school.
INTERNSHIP FINAL REPORT:
This Report/Portfolio will be due during the final week of your internship and includes the following requirements for acceptance.
A. Length and Format: This report shall be as long or short as necessary to communicate the required information, Times or Times New Roman font size 12 pt. should be used. Feel free to include charts and supporting material that may be provided in an attached appendix.
B. Place and Date of Submission: ONLY an electronic copy of the final report should be submitted via Blackboard. Faxed reports will not be accepted. Do not mail a paper report.
C. Optional Revisions of Final Report: A student has the option of submitting the Final Report to the professor no later than Week 12. If an internship report is deemed unsatisfactory for any reason, it will be returned to the respective intern for revisions and modifications. Presentation and factualness of data, spelling, and grammar will be reviewed carefully and may result in required revisions. This report should be treated as a business report which will be evaluated and will be available for community review by faculty, staff, and students. If no revisions are necessary, the report will be accepted as final.

The following outline is intended to provide you with the guidelines for your internship. Although the focus of each student is primarily oriented to accomplishing the tasks and responsibilities assigned by each host organization, the following guidelines represent the writing and reporting requirements, which need to be submitted in the final week of the semester in order to receive a final grade for the experience.
The specific due date will be provided in Blackboard. Students are required to create a portfolio (word documents and/or excel spreadsheet). This submission will satisfy the “culminating experience” requirement by Liberty University in order to successfully complete graduate school.
INTERNSHIP FINAL REPORT:
This Report/Portfolio will be due during the final week of your internship and includes the following requirements for acceptance.
A. Length and Format: This report shall be as long or short as necessary to communicate the required information, Times or Times New Roman font size 12 pt. should be used. Feel free to include charts and supporting material that may be provided in an attached appendix.
B. Place and Date of Submission: ONLY an electronic copy of the final report should be submitted via Blackboard. Faxed reports will not be accepted. Do not mail a paper report.
C. Optional Revisions of Final Report: A student has the option of submitting the Final Report to the professor no later than Week 12. If an internship report is deemed unsatisfactory for any reason, it will be returned to the respective intern for revisions and modifications. Presentation and factualness of data, spelling, and grammar will be reviewed carefully and may result in required revisions. This report should be treated as a business report which will be evaluated and will be available for community review by faculty, staff, and students. If no revisions are necessary, the report will be accepted as final.

- 1. 1 FACILITATIVE GUIDELINES FOR BSWG FIELD WORK PRACTICUM DURING COVID-19 TIMES (For July 2021 and December 2021 Term End Examinations) One of the course components in BSWG is the completion of field work practicum every semester. During Covid-19 times, the learner is expected to complete the following field work practicum using secondary source of information online (websites/e- library/reports/journals/books/blogs/OERs), under the guidance of field work supervisor. BSWL-004: Social Work Practicum IV This field work practicum has to be done in the first semester. The following activity has to be done in the first semester: 1. Five (5) reports on orientation visits: Make profile of any 5 NGOs/ agencies/community settings (viz. agencies working with women, children, aged, etc.; agencies working in the field of education, health, potable drinking water, sanitation etc.) and document their nature of work. Highlight their role in addressing the problems of children, women and other stakeholders. Write the profile report as explained below: Proforma for report on orientation visit (use the space as per requirement under each item) Name of the institution Address Mission statement/Motto (if any) Institutional objectives Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Officer Board members Type of work Number and nature of beneficiaries Geographical area of work Whether the agency is registered or not Organizational structure (A simple diagram may be drawn. If the agency is a branch of a larger organization, its place in the larger organization can be shown. Number of staff members and Nature of Staff Level Number Qualification Position Held Professionals Support Staff Volunteers Total

BSWL-005: Social Work Practicum V This field work practicum has to be done in the second semester. The following activities have to be done in the second semester: 1. Make profile of any 2 NGOs/ agencies/community settings. Write the orientation visit report as per the format given above. 2. Write in detail (maximum 2000 words) about any health issue affecting your community. Include the following points: The kind of health care facilities available in your community to tackle the particular health issue. Access to health care of community members Contribution of NGOs/ social welfare agencies in tackling the particular health issue. Your learning and critical analysis of the problem. BSWL-006: Social Work Practicum VI This field work practicum has to be done in the third semester. The following activities have to be done in the third semester: 1. Make profile of any 2 NGOs/ agencies/community settings. Write the orientation visit report as per the format given above. 2. Marital Status Profession Economic Background Social Status Problems Narrated by the Client Issues faced by the individual Intervention strategies adopted Observation and comments from family members and people who matter such as: Wife/ husband; parents; children; friends, colleagues etc. Comments and Observations of the Learner: Mention in detail the learning you had while doing the case study. You must also highlight in your writing any uniqueness which might have motivated you to present this case study. The reason can be the experiences of living through a pandemic or the psychosocial effects of divorce/drug abuse or any other issues.
