When it comes to working out, the best time to start is now. Studies show that if you can get past the first week of a workout program, you have a great chance of making exercise a regular part of your routine. Here I outline the best way to get through that first month. This is part two to my two-part series on working out for beginners. -Bruce Strebinger

at a HIGHER level

21. No more workouts are
introduced this week
So that you can focus on
intensity in your workouts

22. The overall volume increases
by adding MORE sets to each
exercise
