2. Range 100-tonners a bit modular.
As soon as the SL-Trailer was introduced, we at Broshuis already started studying for
the next step. We wanted a semi-trailer with even more axles, to could cope with even
more tonnage. The range of 100-tonners rapidly followed, after comprehensive
research and the necessary innovations. We introduced our new showpiece at
BedrijfsautoRAI, where it received lots of acclaim. This magnificent introduction quickly
led to several orders. And our efforts were rewarded even further when we again
received the BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 Prize for Innovation for our 100-tonner range.
The goose-neck is basically the same as the
100-tonner range. You can simply enter how
much kingpin pressure (18/24 ton) you want .
The goose-neck always get the right kingpin
load, any remaining tonnages are taken care of
by the front axles.
3. You can choose between 2- or 3-axle variant for the front axles, and
because these axles are always at the front, the semi-trailer still has ideal
weight distribution when it’s extended.
We can supply the rear axles in configurations from 4 axles up to a maximum
(currently) of 8 axles.
All axles can be steered and lifted easily. We are currently fitting out the
range of 100-tonners as single-, double- and triple extendible trailers,
without deviating from the 790mm bed height.
4. Special transport report
Because of its success and great demand we have decided to keep all the
components for the 100-tonners in stock at all times, so that we can always
guarantee a short delivery time.
Because of the independent wheel suspension, it is
possible to transport these huge weights on a
790mm high trailer bed (even when triple
extended). When the trailer stays extended, 2
axles remain connected to the gooseneck. These
two axles compensate the 30 ton movable
gooseneck to generate a good kingpin pressure
and ideal distribution of load.
Possible variations:
• 2+6 100 ton
• 3+6 110 ton
• 3+7 120 ton.
• Single extendible
• Double extendible
• Triple extendible
• Sliding axle bogie
• Fixed axle bogie
Advantages:
• Low tare weight
• 790 mm bed height
• Ideal distribution of
load
• Always a level trailer
bed=(stability)
• Low maintenance
costs
• Simple to change
tires
• Crane-jib opening
possible
• Lowest investment
