4 places of interest
Brighton
Pavillion
Brighton Pier
Brighton Dome
Theatre Brighton Wheel
Brighton Pavilion
Brighton Pavilion is the main skyline attraction in Brighton. The
royal palace was built 200 years ago by John Nash. He wanted to
create a majestic and historical palace that will change the force
of the historical and seaside town of Brighton.
This palace attracts many visitors to come and look at the hall
and gardens. The Brighton Pavillion is also a heritage site which
includes galleries and the Palace Theatre nearby to the house.
Brighton Pier
The Pier is the main seaside attraction in Brighton. The
pier has a long history dating back to the Victorians
when they first built a pier to cross the sea and the
harbour in Brighton.
The Pier today has become one of Brighton’s most
attractiable and popular destinations to view at. You can
also have a paddle or swim if it is a nice day on the beach
near the sea.
Brighton Dome Theatre
The Dome Theatre in Brighton has been a historical
popular musical, festival and concert hall for the last 200
years.
The theatre has had many historical events including the
win of ABBA at Eurovision in 1974.
Visitors can take a guided tour around the theatre when
it is quiet and when a show is not on. This will be a great
chance for us to look around the theatre when we come
to Brighton this year.
The Brighton Eye is the most attractive skyline of
Brighton, you can see everything of the seaside town
from the eye.
Cafes and pubs in Brighton
There is a lot of pubs and cafes to choose from in
Brighton. We will be going out to have dinner 1
night in Brighton’s Italian restaurant or having
lunch at a café in the town.
We will be also having lovely and healthy meals at
Stewart’s and Sarah’s house in Brighton when we
arrive in May 2015
Conclusion
My conclusion is that Brighton will have many
opportunities for me and Laura to have a lovely time
away in Brighton. We will be travelling by east coast
train to London’s King Cross then a 20 minute drive to
Stewart’s and Sarah’s in Brighton.
We will be very exicted to confirm that we will be
visiting some buildings, cafes, restaurants and the Pier
on the beach.
Thank you very much for watching this presentation
about Brighton and I hope I look forward to writing my
guide for our trip to Brighton this year.
