2.  Breast cancer is defined as malignant neoplasm of
the
breast arising from the epithelial lining of the lobule,
ductandthe nipple.

5. CASE STUDY:
A 48year female came with a complaint of 50%
burns and recovered after 1 month during the stay
in the burns ward she came to know that she had a
cancer breast and shifted to the surgery ward for
modified radicle mastectomy and got operated on
7/8/19. now she had a complaint of difficulty in
lifting her right shoulder .

suture: below the nipple level
wasting: pectorals
incentive spirometry: 600cc
