AUDIT TYPES
• Announcedaudit
This is available for existing audit sites and for new certification site.
Audit date is agreed with the certification body in advance and all
requirement of the standard are audited within the audit visit.
Grades – AA, A, B, C, D
• Unannounced audit
The unannounced audit provides the site with the opportunity to
demonstrate the maturity of their quality system and successful sites are
awarded grades AA+, A+, B+, C+, D+ depending upon the types and number
of NC at the audit
