This document summarizes the findings of a study conducted by Box 1824, a global research company, on the dreams and aspirations of Brazilian youth aged 18-24. The study found that this generation embraces a "New Collectivism" and is focused on issues like professional formation, employment, and helping to change society. It identified a group called "Bridge-Youth" that are influential connectors working on social and environmental causes. The study aims to understand the future from the perspective of Brazil's youth.
