Led unit self help/contract upgrades; prepared work orders, supervised contractors and assisted in all phases
of remodel; $424.5K building renovation was completed 1 month ahead of schedule.
Lead finish carpenter (4 man crew) for approximately 300 residential homes. Perfectly installed thousands
of linear feet of baseboard, crown molding, and door and window casing. Installed hundreds of kitchen
