What is a brand?
A brand builds the story of what makes our company great. It will
guide and inspire the way we act, engage and deliver our
experience. It is the story of who we are and where we’re going.
Brand Promise
A brand promise is the customer experience we deliver. It’s what
our customers are to expect from us and the standards we
expect from ourselves. This is the driving force behind how we
succeed together as a company by delivering our brand
promise—everyday.
Brand Identity
The brand identity is what brings the brand to life.
We are not NTC, Nova, Westville, Truro etc. We are one
company. We are Nova Truck Centres.
Nova Truck Centres will continue to carry on the culture of a
friendly and dedicated staff and the tradition of delivering expert
technicians, dependable parts availability, and of course finding
the right truck or trailer for every job.

What is the importance of a logo?
Our logo is a visual statement to potential and existing
customers. It conveys our company’s identity and what it stands
for.
Proper use of our logo and branding standards is important in
order to deliver a consistent customer relationship and
experience.
Our logo
The redesigned logo is simple yet bold—it is a combination of
both companies.
We wanted to retain the emphasis on Nova, as it has strong root
in our communities and culture. However, we’ve incorporated
Lockhart Truck Center logo’s flying truck to bring a unique design
element and inclusion of Truck Centres to better reflect what we
do; the selling and servicing of trucks, trailers, and parts.
