INTRODUCTION
Brain Drain is the movement of highly skilled
and qualified people to a country where
they can work in better conditions and earn
more money or when large numbers of
educated and very skilled people leave their
own country to live and work in another
country where pay and conditions are
better.
Objectives
 To examine the primary reasons behind Brain Drain in India, including
economic, educational, and social factors.
 To study positive and negative consequences of Brain Drain among
youth of India.
 To recommend practical policy measures that can help mitigate brain
drain and promote the retention of skilled individuals.
 To analyse how different demographic grape are affected by brain
drain and their varying perception of the issue.

According to the researcher, it is very important to stop the
phenomena of brain drain. This will help the country to use all local
skilled citizen for development.

developing countries must always be harmful to the country of origin.

SUGGESTION
The suggestion providing regarding measure that the government should
take to reduce brain drain among youth of India can be summarized as
follows:-

 Employment opportunities
LIMITATION
We tried our best to include most of the information regarding brain drain .
Following are some of our limitation:-
 Time limit
 Lack of relevant data
 Lack of financial cost
 We could not accommodate more tabular information
 The questionnaire might be having some undetectable error and
limitation, which could shape the response in particular fashion.
CONCLUSION
The study has provided valuable insights into the multifaceted issue of brain
drain, spreading light on the diverse perspective and attitudes among the
surveyed individuals.
The finding reveal a dynamic landscape of opinions, where a significant portion
of respondent express favourable views of brain drain, while others remain
neutral or express disagreement. Some key points are:-
