Diamonds (BOD) is exploring in the best diamond areas in the world – Botswana
& South Africa. Our partner, in Botswana, is the world’s largest diamond producer
(26% of the world’s diamonds) and most successful diamond explorer (19 mines),
Alrosa. The BOD team has a successful track record of discovery; we were part of
the team that found the Karowe diamond mine in Botswana where the second
largest diamond ever found was discovered in 2015. JohnTeeling is Chairman and

2. Exploration in Botswana and South Africa - The best diamond addresses
MAIBWE JOINT VENTURE
u Maibwe is a Joint Venture owned BCL (51%), Future
Minerals (20%) and Siseko (29%)
u Siseko is 51% owned by BOD
u BOD has a 15% carry through to Bankable Feasibility Study
u 10 licences held by Maibwe in the CKGR
u Surrounding area contains Gem’s Ghaghoo mine and
Petra discovery KX-36
u A 2015 drilling programme on PL 186 discovered
kimberlites containing significant quantities of diamonds
u BCL is in liquidation and unable to finance an agreed
work programme
u BOD has approached the liquidator with several
possible options
u BOD has drilled verification holes and is in the
process of analysing the samples
SOUTH AFRICA EXPLORATION
VUTOMI EARN-IN PROJECT
u 20 high-interest kimberlites already identified on the various prospecting rights
u 10 prospecting rights encompassing nearly 50,000 hectares of highly prospective ground
u A portfolio of highly prospective multi-stage exploration projects in the locality of current flagship or historic diamond mines
u Good potential across the portfolio for further discoveries due to technology advancements
FLAGSHIP PROJECT FRISCHGEWAAGT
Exploration Results
u The Frischgewaacht kimberlite is an eastward extension of the Marsfontein blow/dyke system and therefore similar grades
are anticipated
u First phase of percussion and core drilling completed along a c.1.5km strike length of the c.6km long dyke/blow complex
u Petrographic results showed areas of volcanoclastic kimberlite along the dyke. This indicates that there are areas along the dyke that
host small pipes/blows
u Samples collected for microdiamond analyses
u 467 Stones were collected from surface sampling, yielding 247 carats at an average of US$180 per carat in 2015 (BCOS of +2mm). This
gave a modelled revenue of US$259 per carat (BCOS of +2mm) in 2016
u Currently undertaking detailed ground geophysics (to further delineate the kimberlite) which will be followed by a second phase
of drilling
