A rock sits on a mountain until a glacier causes it to fall into a lake, where it is carried by a river into the ocean. Along its journey, the rock is battered by collisions with other rocks and elements, eventually transforming over time into shale as it completes its long natural cycle.

2. Scene 1
HI I am a rock on a towering mountain.

3. scene2
One day I was sitting on my mountain when I heard a loud
rumbling noise. I thought it was a storm but I was wrong. It was a
glacier!

4. scene3
When I was falling I hit the lake and it felt as though it was made
of steel.

5. Scene 4
After a while the river carried me into the ocean. When I was
in the ocean I hit a huge rock and it busted me up even more.

6. scene5
After the whole cycle I turned into a shale. My cycle was long but it was worth it.
