1) A review meeting was held in Bhabua Sadar block to discuss key health indicators for May. Several health and community support group meetings were held as planned or rescheduled. 2) Data was presented on indicators related to maternal and child health including newborn visits, immunizations, and family planning. Gaps were identified in areas like newborn tracking, postnatal care counseling, and home visits. 3) Issues discussed included improving record keeping, conducting clinical discussions, addressing shortages, and monitoring activities of health workers. The block coordinator was asked to follow up on addressing gaps in services and records.
