WHERE WE CAME FROM
In 2014 we launched Block Party Suites, a B2B company with
the goal of better utilizing the space between businesses and
consumers at outdoor events by transforming shipping containers
into customizable suites. While the outdoor landscape of sporting
events and music festivals have long been saturated with luxury
tentsandstaidbrandpromotiontechniques,ourinnovativeapproach
has provided businesses with a novel way to reach their audience.
WHERE WE ARE GOING
We’re growing our business across the United States with
immediate attention on Texas and the surrounding states. We
will continue to evolve our product and incorporate technology
into our communities such as Wi-Fi, LED signage, POS systems,
and mobile applications. Design improvements will be focused on
creating a more turnkey product that is adaptive and responsive
to the end-user.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH SUITE?
The suites are designed to stand-alone and are fully
equipped with everything detailed on page 7, to include
power and satellite service.
CAN THE SUITES BE PLACED ON GRASS/UNEVEN
SURFACES?
Yes. Our logistics team will ensure the suites are deployed
in the best placement for your event(s) and make the
adjustments accordingly to accommodate.
HOW ARE THE SUITES POWERED?
Each suite comes equipped with a 3400W generator
yet can easily run off of venue power through an easy-to-
access standard power plug located on the side of the unit.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SUITE(S)?
The suites create a platform designed to be used in
creative ways. Outside of our suggested branding through
signage, we encourage ideas that help activate the space.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A SUITE ACCOMMODATE?
The footprint of the inside area, shaded area, and rooftop
will accommodate up to 40 people (20 people max on
the roof at a time), with seating and table tops that allow
everyone to uniquely interact with each other. When set
up in a village format, the suites can accommodate more
given the space between the suites.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR EACH SUITE?
Different configurations of the staircase and hinged doors
allow for flexible spacing allotments. Our team works with
each venue to provide a detailed site map to make the
most efficient layout for the client and end-users.
HOW ARE THE SUITES DELIVERED?
We deliver the suites using low profile tilt-bed trucks which
load and unload each suite within a matter of minutes.
Once the suites are in place, our production team fully
stages and de-stages the units for each event within the
timeline provided by the venue.
