Synborcanotm boron carbide nozzles are highly durable for abrasive blasting with various media and feature a strong aluminum outer jacket. The medium series nozzles provide enhanced abrasive velocities and wider blast patterns due to their venturi design, allowing for faster cleaning rates with smaller capacity blast pots. Additionally, suction/wet blasting series nozzles cater to specific applications like spot blasting in tighter areas.

1. Synborcano™ Nozzles for Blast Cleaning
Synborcano™ Boron carbide nozzles are most long lasting when used for
firing abrasive blasting medias like aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, steel
shots / grit, glass beads etc. A durable aluminium outer jacket, with integral 50
mm contractor thread, forms the body of the nozzle.
Synborcano™ Pressure Blasting Series
Pressure Blasting Series Synborcano™ Nozzles not only utilize the same fine
19mm (3/4”) thread as the Short Series nozzles, but also feature a longer,
venturi style design.
Being a venturi type nozzle, the Medium Series Nozzles provide much higher
abrasive velocities than straight bore nozzles along with wider blast patterns.
These features ensure much faster cleaning rates, while allowing the Medium
Series Nozzles to be used with smaller capacity blast pots, using only 12.5mm
(1/2”) blast hose.
Synborcano™ Suction/Wet Blasting Series
Suction/Wet Boron Carbide nozzles have inner liner and an aluminium outer
sleeve, incorporating a 3/4" (19mm) straight thread, for connection to the
nozzle holder.
These Blast Nozzles may also be utilized for spot blasting small areas or weld
seams if the blast pattern from a venturi nozzle would be inappropriate and
wasteful due to its size.
