Two years ago, my friends and I climbed the mountain which was not far from our home. We gathered
at Diko’s home to prepare the food, utensil, tent and others. After all the climber members had gathered , we
decided to start to go there at 5 p.m.
Along the way, we told about funny story and sometimes stopped because of our weakness. Around 6 ,
we stopped to give a chance everyone to do the maghrib pray. At 7 We continued climbing until 9 night. Finally,
we got the top of the mountain, we prepared to set the tent, and one of us prepared the dinner. After finishing all,
we went to bed.
Next day, we woke up earlier at 4 a.m. to see the sun rise, we were so amazed to see it directly through
the mountain. While enjoying the sun rise view, one of us prepared the breakfast and the others made the out bond
games. Around 8, we finished having breakfast and continued having games. There were moving stone game,
blowing the balloon and “bakiak”. I followed all the games, it was so fun.

His name is Abu Ubaidah (Amir) bin 'Abdillah bin Jarrah bin Hilal, Al-Fihri Al-Qurasyi Al-Makki. His mother
was Umamah bint Ghanm bin Jabir bin 'Abdul' Uzza bin Amirah bin Umairah, he had encountered Islam and converted
to Islam. His father was Abdullah bin Jarrah bin Hilal Al-Fihri, he remained with polytheism and did not believe in
the Prophet, until he died as a polytheist after being killed by his own son during the Battle of Badr.
He was one of the first generation to convert to Islam. He converted to Islam before the meeting at Darul
Arqam. Abu Ubaidah also moved to Habasyah, but he did not stay there long. While in Medina, the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam brought Abu Ubaidah with Sa'ad bin Muadz, according to another version, Muhammad bin
Maslamah. When he was 41 years old, Abu Ubaidah was involved in the battle of Badr. He also followed the Uhud
war. During the Uhud war, two of his front teeth fell out, in fact his appearance became good. His teeth were toothless
because he pulled out two chains that entered through the buttonhole of the iron hat on the face of the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam because he was hit by a slash.
Abu Ubaidah was never absent from another important battle with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,
and Abu Ubaidah was also among those who gathered (memorized) Al-Qur'an Al-'Azhim. Abu Ubaidah was very
humble and had good character. Abu Ubaidah is a trusted messenger.
Abu Ubaidah died because of the tha'un disease that was endemic in Syria, known as the amwas epidemic.
The disease is known as bubonic plague, spread in 17 H. Abu Ubaidah died in 18 Hijriyah, at the age of 58 years.
Abu Ubaidah only married one wife throughout his life, namely Hindun bint Jabir bin Wahab bin Dhibab bin
Hujair bin Abd bin Ma'ish bin Amir bin Lu'ai. He has two children, namely Yazid and Umair. Both of his sons died,
so that Abu Ubaidah had no children.

One of the most valuable and widespread plant is the bamboo. It is a tall treelike grass. There are more
than 350 species. Most grow in Asia and on islands of the Indian and Pacific oceans. Although bamboo is a
tropical plant, it can grow in a cooler temperate zone.
A single root may produce as many as 100 stems. They are hollow, woody, and jointed. The stems are

Bamboo products range from food to houses. Asian people usually use the sprouts as vegetables. In East
and Southeast Asia people use the hollow stems for water pipes and for building bridges and houses. Short sections
serve as pails and cooking utensils. The stems make for walls, floors, and roofs. Thinner strips are woven into
mats, chairs, cages, and curtains. Bamboo fishing rods are made of matched strips glued together. Split bamboo
is also used for chopsticks and fan ribs. The inner parts of the stems of several species are made into quality
papers.
