Component (LWC) the Client can

We have added a new administration features called
Administration console where you can find right now some of all
the new bit2win administration features.
The features are represented as Cards.
The administration cards available are:
: access to the administration view to
manage business processes and their status that will
displayed in the acquisition widget.
: the Cart administration view is now
available in Administration console.
: access to the preconfigured product
feature.
: access to the administration profile feature that
manage the eligibility on profiles that will have the
permission to create order template

Using this new capability you will be able to create several kind
of business process.
For each type you can specify:
• which are the business entities involved (i.e. Opportunity,
Quote, Order, Asset)
• For each business entity you will be able to administer
standard status, like enable, disable a status, change the
out of the box label for each single status.
• For each business entity you will be able to add more status,
specifying also the sequence.
• For the Order Entity you will be able to specify the point of
non return, that means the point after the Sales Rep cannot
modify the order anymore.

We have added a new widget called Acquisition Process that
show the Business Process previously associated.
The widget help the Sales Rep during an opportunity or quote
creation which are the steps to reach the order creation, which
is the point of not return, and show when the asset is created.
The widget off the possibility to move on Next step using the
dedicated button.
The widget also ensure that if the next step require some other
intervention from different profile ( i.e. approver) the opportunity
or the quote become read-only until the approver approve.

We have added in the Bit2win Administration Console view a
new Card (capability) to access to the Preconfigured Product
functionality.
Is it possible to navigate the Catalog select the Product, view
the list of Preconfigured Product presents in the dedicated
widget.
Starting from Product is it possible to create a New
preconfigured Product or edit a previouse one.

We have added the possibility to create one o more
preconfigured product starting from a base product, already
present in the Catalog or starting directly from a previose
preconfigured product.
In the Catalog Navigator widget if a preconfigured product is
present the UI will present a link to all the pre configuration of
selected product.

We have added a new capability to create order template, from
an opportunity or quotation in status completed, that means
after the check-out.
To administer the permission on who is eligible to create the
order template we have added a new administration view in the
administration console that give you the possibility to enable or
disable the possibility for a specific profile to create templates.

If the Sales Rep Profile is eligible after completed an opportunity
or a quotation the ”Save as template button” will appear.
The template require a Template Name, a short description, and
a validation period.

A new widget called Order Template widget is now available,
from this the Sales Rep can view the list of Order Template
available, divided by Active now, Upcoming, Expired.
From the Active Now Template tab the sales Rep can validate
one or more template to verify if the order configuration is valid
for the selected account, see the details of each template
configuration.
By using the button Validate the engine will automatically run
the validation rule engine, if the result is ok (green color) the
Sals Rep can apply the template. The result will be entering in
the cart with the configuration included in the Template.

Massive operation are now available.
Is it possible to change pricing information as well as
attribute values and decide before saving if it is to
propagate to all the elements or not

We have introduced an enhancement on how to show the list of
attributes for each Product.

We have added a new widget Asset where is possible to see
the Asset organized by types.
From each asset is possible to entering in a new area where will
be available all the post sales cards active.
In this Release there are two cards, one for change order ( Edit
Product) and one for change order (Change Product).
By using the “starting Process” button the Sales Rep will
automatically enter in the cart configuration session.
