Vincent Haselton is a British chef who has worked around the world, gaining experience in diverse cuisines. He started his career in hotels in London and Bermuda before working in Vancouver, where he was exposed to Pacific Rim cuisine. He then spent time in South Africa and Singapore, learning regional specialties. A highlight of his career was helping to open the Queen Mary 2 ocean liner and catering for famous passengers. Currently he strives to create dishes showcasing natural ingredients with elegance and modern style.
