Later he turned around a failing technology company, leading it to new markets and products. Currently he mentors startups and serves on multiple boards. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University.

Frank X. Dalton is a founder of Fulcrum Equity Partners, a $140 million growth equity fund based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Fulcrum, Dalton was a General Partner with Cordova Ventures and managing director of Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, a $41 million early-stage fund. He has close to 20 years of experience in private investing and has been involved directly or indirectly in over 125 investments. Dalton has held CEO positions at companies that were later acquired and has experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. He currently sits on the boards of several companies and is a guest lecturer at Kennesaw State University.

Emery Waddell is an Associate at Vocap Investment Partners based in their Atlanta office. Prior to joining Vocap, Emery spent three years as an analyst and senior analyst at VRA Partners, an investment banking firm focused on M&A advisory. Emery assisted numerous clients with sell-side, capital raising and buy-side transactions across various industries. He previously gained experience as an intern focused on supply chain and product development. Emery received a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the University of Virginia.

She also sits on the boards of several companies and organizations. Ms. LaTour holds advanced degrees in mathematics, psychology, and business administration.

Currently, he is managing partner of an angel-backed consultancy and investor who advises startups on funding, growth, and exit strategies. He also teaches entrepreneurship and serves on several boards.
