Navy sailors from Misawa will provide a sports day for the children at Bikou-en Orphanage on Saturday, July 27th, with games, prizes and fun, picking participants up from Building 980 at 8:45 a.m.

The students in P4 decorated the hallway with fall mushrooms and are very proud of how it turned out. They invited the students from P3 to see it. The students in P5 made panallets and had fun doing it. They needed ingredients, a tray, and a card with their name. They made mushrooms and decorated them with almonds or cherries. Now they just need to bake them. Some students dressed up as chestnut trees. Everyone, young and old, made a bag to carry roasted chestnuts outside to eat, play, and dance. The teachers helped roast the chestnuts and everyone had a great time. Next year they will do even more!
