The Big Ten Network is based in Chicago, Illinois and was one of the first TV stations to broadcast games and events from a major college sports conference. It covers 12 schools and broadcasts over 350 live sporting events per year. The Big Ten Network first aired in 2007 and has grown significantly since then, doubling its revenue and reaching over 90 million homes after 5 years. It is led by President Mark Silverman and Vice President Mark Hulsey.
