information, policy information, and claims information. This application helps the different
users to maintain the different department details, and it generates multiple reports based on
different conditions. The management system that includes a comprehensive suite of customer
management, administrative and reporting applications to improve productivity, enhance
revenue and increase operational efficiencies
Responsibilities:

• Resolving incident tickets based on SLA, like channel break down, and listener abnormal
end on boxes.
• Offloading inactive logs from QMGR active directory.
• Fixing trigger event failures.
• Performing restart procedure on WMQ systems.
• Enabling fix Pac on WMQ base at scheduled outage time.
• Creating, Modifying MQ object definitions using MQSC commands.
• Enabling OAM templates on MQ objects using “SETMQAUT”.

is transmitted through either the NY or Paris Middleware hubs where it is transformed and
routed by the message broker. SG Middleware clients include Money Market, LoanIQ, Montran,

SWIFT, IntelliTracs, Perfect Match, Demand Deposit Accounts, IBSNET, ADP, DTCC, Opus and
Opics.
Responsibilities:
• Day to day administration and maintenance of the Websphere MQ (including queue
managers and all inter connecting channels in our servers).
• Implemented distributed queuing client/server architectures and configured MQ.
• Configured MQ Series queue managers, clusters and queue manager objects, queues,
channels etc.
• Monitoring the Queue Manager Logs for unresolved messages stuck in the queues.
• Monitoring of the queues, channels which needs to be up24x7 for business critical
applications and supporting clients.
• Adding and Removing of queue manager to the cluster network.
• Monitoring and maintenance of queue managers, queues, channels and listeners.
• Used MQSC Commands to perform administration tasks.
• Active participant in monitoring the middleware and Perform daily on call tasks (checking
