This document proposes a co-branded partnership for the upcoming film Bhediya. Bhediya is a horror comedy starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan. It is set for release on November 25th and was filmed in unexplored locations in Arunachal Pradesh. The film continues Vijan and Kaushik's horror comedy universe from Stree. Several co-branded opportunities are suggested, including product lines, events, ads, activations and giveaways to promote the film.

4. The Film
Bhediya is a magical adventurous and humorous story of a man who meets nature in all its
mystery and lore.
The first film to be shot at unexplored locations of Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh. The film has its
roots in popular folklore and is inspired by legendary tales from North east.
The makers have roped in an international VFX & action team and has massive teams working
on the post production of Bhediya.
Releasing on 25th November 2022 in theaters worldwide.

5. Varun Dhawan, a highly accomplished and talented
actor made his acting debut in 2012 with very
successful film, Student of the Year. He is an
absolute fan favourite among youngsters.
Winner of many awards, he was highly acclaimed
for his performance in films like Badlapur and
October.
He has delivered a number of blockbusters in films
like Main Tera Hero, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania,
Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Dilwale, Judwaa 2, ABCD 2,
