The document describes several products designed by the author including an Automated Post Box Machine (APBM), a mobile casing called UMii that changes color and vibrates when paired with another device, a sellotape dispenser called Vettiko, a water level sensor called Dhara to reduce water wastage, a liquid medication packaging called Blistro, and surfboard roof rack pads called Aero Surf Pads. The projects were done as part of design courses and workshops focusing on user-friendly, portable solutions to common problems. Prototypes were created using techniques like 3D printing, Arduino circuits, and Solidworks modeling.
The document describes the design of an Automated Post Box Machine (APBM) that performs basic postal services like speed post, money orders, stamps, etc. automatically without the need to visit a post office. The APBM was designed after observing problems with conventional postal services. It allows services 24/7 and payments can be made online or with cash. The design of the APBM included features like slots for letters, receipts, stamps, money, and coins. A prototype was developed and tested.
Sorynory is launching a new Bluetooth hearing aid called Sorynory Hearing Aid. It has an ergonomic design and comes in stylish options. It has over 45 hours of battery life, 32 channels, and connects to devices via Bluetooth. The hearing aid analyzes the user's environment to provide accurate fittings and reduces noise and shifts frequencies for clearer sound. It is controlled by a smartphone app that provides fitting and remote analysis services to enhance speech recognition.

The document discusses developing a new home physical therapy product. It identifies problems with current home therapy such as lack of motivation, limited resources, and difficulty ensuring proper form. Research found a need for products that provide motivation, awareness of technique, and make large equipment more accessible at home. The concept developed is a configurable stool that creates barriers for exercises to assure proper form and function as typical furniture. It aims to motivate patients and ease the process of home physical therapy.

a lots of time. The heavy dispensers are
difficult to carry, Blade does not have

Most of the people prefer pills instead of syr-
ups because of different problems with them.
It was the same opinion found in the survey.
So, brief started with an idea of the desirabil-
ity of pills into syrup.
CHALLENGE - Usability
CONSTRAINT - quantity of syrup
Generally syrup comes in a plastic bottle in a
large quantity. Wastage of medicine is more
in case of common syrups like cough syrup.
Carrying a syrup bottle in journey is a difficult
than pills due to the leakage problem.
Measuring the dosage is also a
task while using a syrup bottle. A measuring
cup or a spoon is required for measurement.
Using the BLISTRO these problems can be
solved.

The project was started to make a
product out of theme ‘you and me’, it was
also named after it.
The process started from very begin-
ning of understanding the holistic meaning
beyond the two simple words.
Simplicity as we state and understand,
can lead us to a sober definition of both
words. However one of the first feelings we
had when thinking about them was “dis-
tance”. Distance was perceived as foreign,
excluding and negative.
On the other hand, we encountered
positive outcomes that described exactly the
opposite feelings. Things like attraction, be-
ing together, natural, constant and balanced
came up to float in the brainstorm.
The main domains used for commu-
nication are like phone/video calling, mes-
saging. Which become common, then we
started with exploring the other senses like
touch (vibration) and simple form for con-
veying feelings.

What was triggering such different results?
What were we missing in between?
Interaction, attraction, dependency, inequali-
ty, competition, balance, connection.
No boundaries, no rules, no judgment.
We feel people are so aware of being part of
anything and everything, that we came to a
very simple result, such as our initial anal-
ysis. Potential is the initial power of being
able to create, to become.
Finally the product out of it is a set of mo-
bile casings which can be paired. The LED
color belt of a casing changes when the
other paired casing being tapped. It can also
translate the data through vibration, as the
touch of one case turns to vibration of the
paired.
It can be specified colors for the
moods and completely open to personalize
the usage. It does not have a bigger mean-
ing and elaborate messages but the simple
sense of emotion.
It was powered by the mobile and
uses the NFS technology to work.

ANGLED FOAM SHAPE
SURFING BOARD CROSS SECTION
ROOF RACKS
SURFING BOARDS AERO SURF PADS are the surfing board
pads fixed on the roof racks to protect the
board from hard rack surface and safe
transportation.
Project was done as part of
TED MINT 2014 workshop at campus Var-
namo,Sweden.
The existing surf pads delivered
an effective solution when they were de-
signed, however a few characteristics might
not have been taken into account, such as
the excess of material. The existing system
is simple, but not necessarily confortable to
adapt.
On the other hand, we evaluat-
ed the need for having a surface touching
the whole board at the time of being tied
down to the bar. We then realised that the
full length of the cushion was not needed;
we started looking into a new design idea.
We could reduce the amount of material in
the product, by providing only a couple of
touch points on the board when installed
on the roof rack. This way the hole mid-
dle piece could be avoided. We were then
tackling the environmental facet and also
emphasizing the 90% air resistance drop

BRANDING
ON SQUARE BARON WING BAR
The Aero Surf Cushion offers a reduction
on its principal materials by 84% in the
foam and 39% in the fabric used. Pay-
ing tribute to the Wing Bar, we focused on
reducing the surface touching the bar by
70%, letting the original design of the bar
glow.
It was made eco friendly using less
and recycled materials on the other hand
it does not obstruct the air flow at all. The
gap between the pads allow free flow. It
could be adjusted to any size of board
accordingly. The rubber grip at the bottom
gives a good grip not to slide on the bar.
The branding is made small
and cute, which is always visible even the
board is on.
