STATEMENT AND VISION
6. Currently AISE is in a change process in the
human resource lens with changes being made in
administration leadership team. The director and all
4 principals for the different grade levels (Early
Childhood, Elementary, Middle School and High
School) are being changed over with staff from
already working in AISE and are aware and part of
culture and structure. This change in administration
was announced in January 2014 and is part of
innovation strategy to spread the expertise
throughout the ESOL School Organization not just
AISE with taking 2012 -2014 administration team
and placing them in different ESOL Schools.
