- 2. University of Education University of Education, which was established in 2002, offers degree programs ranging from undergraduate to PhD level in various disciplines. The University of Education constitutes 9 campuses which are spread across the Province of Punjab, with the result that opportunities of quality higher education are available to the youth of even the remotest parts of the province. The constituent campuses of the University include century old Institutions for teacher education in the sub continent, with good repute and traditions of excellence. 01
- 3. 02 Message From The Vice Chancellor We took initiative of approving National finance Training Program as our partner in educating youth with modern necessary skills. Today e-commerce, freelancing & work from home are changing the dynamics of working trends in the world. To compete with changing market norms we have welcomed NFTP to start training students through our platform. National Freelance Training Program NFTP 01 02 05 The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MOITT) has the vision to provide Freelancing Training to empower youth of the nation. In order to bring this vision to verity, a comprehensive National Freelance Training Program (NFTP) has been designed which provides contemporary training to aspiring freelancers across all provinces of Pakistan. This ambitious program seeks to achieve sustainable economic growth through women empowerment, reduced inequality, gender balance, and leading-edge training. This will in turn help in increased global representation, partnerships, and social uplift of underdeveloped regions of nation. Over the course of 3 years, NFTP aim is to empower 21,000+ individuals to generate substantial income, through its 20 state-of-art Centers.

SIGNING OF MOU BETWEEN UE & PITB 11 A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) had been signed on 5 march 2021, between University of Education and National Freelance Training Program - Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The signing ceremony was held at University of Education, Township Campus which was signed by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.) and Director General E- Governance PITB Sajid Latif.

- 14. 14 Project Exhibition On 2nd of February, 2021, Students, Trainers & University Management at The University of Education, Lahore organized a one-day exhibition of NFTP (Batch-2) projects and success stories at the university auditorium.

Graduation Ceremony of Batch - I 15 Mr.Raja Humayun Yasir minister for HED & IT, Mr. Azfar Manzoor Chairman PITB and Mr. Sajid Latif DG e-Governance graced the ceremony and were welcomed by Prof. Dr.Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I.) Vice Chancellor University of Education on the occasion. Mr.Raja Hamayun Yasir congratulated the graduating class and he emphasized that skills are the most important thing in this digital age.and awarded certifcates among Students.
- 16. Graduation Ceremony of Batch - II 16 On march 28,2022 NFTP successfully held graduation ceremony for our University of Education Lahore center. Dr. Ahsan Basheer focal person for NFTP at UE warmly welcomed everyone to the ceremony & Vice Chancellor UE Prof. Dr Talat Naseer Pasha (S.I) thanked PITB, MOIT&T & Government of Pakistan for choosing the University of Education, Lahore Campus for the establishment of a NFTP center in Lahore. Joint Director Freelancing Wing PITB Mr. Ahmad Islam Syan in his address, congratulated all graduating students and emphasized education should lead to growth and learning should never stop, as the world advances everyday. He thanked VC UOE for promoting Freelancing in their institute.
