Hackathons help by starting small while demonstrating scalability.
Using Cookiecutter and infrastructure as code, we built templates that spin up full
applications from scratch. As our library grew, so did trust in standardization—
leading us to unify our templates into The Cookie Jar, giving our product and
team a strong identity.
