This document discusses a study on the employment objectives of international MBA students at the University of Bridgeport. It aims to understand what employers are looking for compared to what international students are offering. The study uses questionnaires to gather information from current entry-level MBA students and recent MBA graduates on their plans and experiences obtaining jobs in the US. The responses will provide insight into central areas for the business school faculty regarding how well international students are able to meet employer needs. The career development center hopes to use the results to improve their services and support for international students seeking jobs or internships in the US.
