the people said it was very important
 About 79% of people fell between the range of
3 to 5 in believing empowerment was
important for tweens. Majority of the people
who thought empowerment was less important
were in the 15-24 age range.
 Empowerment for tween is very important but
in order for tween to reach their full
empowerment potential they would have to be
creative
 Empowerment has to go along with the hair
piece in order for it to be successful however,
many did not make the connection between the
two
