West Palm Beach, FL, March 16 —The M&A Advisor, a leading information publisher
for middle-market mergers and acquisitions and finance, announced the 2009 finalists for
the 3rd Annual Turnaround Awards Gala. BaySource Global was named recipient of the

The Turnaround Awards Gala honors excellence in deal-making in the distressed
investing, restructuring and turnaround marketplace. This year, 107 finalists in 27
categories were selected. An independent body of experts that span the turnaround
industry judged and determined the ultimate recipients of the award. Winners were
revealed “Academy-Award style” at the gala, which was part of the M&A Advisors 3rd
Annual Distressed Investing Conference & Turnaround Awards Gala. The event was held
on Sunday, March 15th through Monday, March 16th at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach,
Florida.
