The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) is a two-hour, 100-question multiple choice test developed by Bloomberg Institute to assess students' strengths and weaknesses across eight key areas of financial skills. Over 200,000 students from 3,500 universities worldwide have taken the BAT. After taking the test, students can opt to include their anonymous profile in Bloomberg Institute's database of candidates, where recruiters can search for potential interns and entry-level hires. The BAT aims to connect students with employers in a transparent way.
