Residential Stories. The framing system is beam-slab system with shear walls &
columns. Structural drawings of beams, slabs, columns, shear walls & raft
foundation were prepared.
 Saima Royal Residency at Gulshan-E-Iqbal, Karachi
The Project includes 1 Basement, 3 Podium floors and 4 Residential Towers of
20 stories. The framing system is beam-slab system with shear walls & columns.
Structural drawings of beams, slabs, columns, shear walls & raft foundation were
prepared.

The project comprises of 8 Residential Towers with 4 Podium levels for Parking
and Shops. All the Towers have varying No of stories, ranging from 11 stories to
