  express themselves mixing dances
  already created. It began in the 70´s
  and it is danced individually.

Top Rocking
• It means dancing with the upper part of
  the body.
• In top rocking, hands have a very
  important function because they change
  the style of the dance.
• Some steps are: Indian step, salsa rock,
  knee drop, up cc …
Footworks
• They are the steps which are made on the
  ground with the hands and the feet. The
  easiest steps put the most of the weight on
  the feet and the most difficult on the knees
  and the arms.
• Each break dancers has their own footworks,
  but there are some exercises which help to
  create the steps: 6-step, 4-step, 3-step, 2-
  step , 1-step, CC, back bones …
Powermoves
• They require a lot of physical ability and
  body control. It is based on continuous
  movements which need force, balance
  and speed.
• Some examples are back spin, wipes,
  hallo, elbow airtrack …
