Outline: Performing a Design Engineer role to manage and co-ordinate designing phase,
manufacturing phase & assembly phase.
Work & Duties:
• Worked on a benchmark project of 3MW.
• Generating parametric 3D models from given input and drawings as per customer requirement.
• Working on parts, weldments, assembly levels, drawings of tower, blade tooling, Nacelle of
Siemens Wind Power.
• Designing, assembling, and detailing of Sheet metal components.
• Creation of plastic parts using surface modelling.
• Creation of manufacturing drawings by applying GD&T, welding, surface protection symbols.
• Creating wave linked parts, context assemblies and part families of library parts.
• Doing Stack-up Analysis for any given assembly using MS Excel.
