Balancing screen time is a hot topic of conversation in the
playground as we all navigate our way around the digital era.
I have 2 teens and a tween who all have their own devices so
totally understand the juggle of managing screen time. As
the kids get older, I am finding if more difficult to control
but this is probably when it is most important. In today's
digital age, children are exposed to screens more than ever,
the kids use laptops at school daily and all homework is
submitted electronically. While technology can offer
educational benefits and entertainment, balancing screen
time with physical play is essential for healthy development.

the day....be prepared for the kids to complain when it cuts off mid game.
