• Promoted from a cashier, to a merchandiser, to certified Cosmetician, and achieved
the position of Front Store Supervisor in January
• Efficiently manage the customer service functions, and interpret store policy to
resolve customer complaints pleasantly and promptly
• Assign and supervise four employee’s daily duties and break schedule
• Effectively train staff up to two hours per shift through my own design to ensure store
compliance and employee confidence
• Carefully complete deposits, perform daily cash room counts, manage the safe, balance
tills, handle petty cash, and other cash management administrative tasks to ensure that my

Human Resources Student Consultant
• BCIT capstone project which exceeded proposal deliverables and was completed
as a team of three students
• Created an employer of choice award framework and timeline so Appnovation is
prepared to apply for five relevant employer awards this year
• Created and implemented an annual HR/culture audit of 77 employer of choice
criteria to monitor trends
• Benchmarked the audit with eight local and international technology companies
• Designed and compiled a 43-page Canada’s Top 100 Employer application on their
behalf, which involved conducting fifteen interviews, compiling and describing
their HR processes, and custom formatting their application with photos
• Created 17 recommendations as a result of our gaps analysis on best practices
