enthusiastic leader and a creative entrepreneur. He began his career at a
very early age by the guidance of his father, Gustavo Zingg, who was at
that time the major investor of the sole, private manufacturing automobile
licensed plant for Daimler Benz outside of Germany, where the Mercedes
Benz automobiles and commercial vehicles were assembled in Venezuela.
This experience shaped him and formed the broad business view Alfredo
possesses today. He moved up the ranks in his family business, becoming
President of the family conglomerate Consorcio Inversionista Fabril S.A.
