Job Responsibilities
Reporting to Chief Accountant, as well as Finance Manager.
I was supervising Junior Accountant and Clerk
Supervising and controlling the accounts activities & coordination with all the units regarding maintenance of accounts.
Handling and maintenance of various books of accounts.
Preparing & scrutinizing of ledgers, Bank Reconciliation process.
Preparing of banks LC Facilities, OD Facilities and Liaison.
Preparing LPO, order processing sheet and monthly financial reports.
Maintaining Imprest cash, Bank transactions, Payroll distribution & pay slips, Payables & Receivables, Issuing Invoices & Purchasing.
Overseeing the office organization, carrying out reference checks.
